Not quite at the Masters Level but want to be? Adult Swim League may be for you. Swimmers must be able to complete 25 yards without stopping or touching the bottom. This is a step up from swim lessons, with actual workouts, stroke work and coaching. It’s perfect for the aspiring Triathlete that is just getting started, or for anyone that wants to dip their toes into organized swimming.
