No, this is not lap swim.  This is a somewhat serious swim club for ages 18 and over, fully sanctioned through USMS.  – Registration thru USMS.org required. –

You do not have to participate in competitions, although some do.  You do not have to come 5 days/week, although some do.  Preset workouts are done together, under the watchful eye of a level 2 certified coach.  Practices are modified for all levels.  There will be fun monthly activities and challenges that are new for 2025! Come join us!
