Youth Lacrosse Camp is designed for kids ages 7–10, whether they are brand new to lacrosse or looking to build on the skills they already have.

Athletes will meet weekly on Thursdays from 4:30–5:30 p.m. at the Healthy Living Campus, beginning October 8th and continuing through October 29th.

Participants will learn and develop the fundamental skills of lacrosse, including passing, catching, scooping, cradling, shooting, and basic gameplay. Sessions will feature engaging drills, fun skill-building activities, and age-appropriate instruction in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

No prior lacrosse experience is required—just come ready to learn, have fun, and give lacrosse a try!
