Pass, run, and catch your way into NFL Flag Football – the NFL’s official youth flag football that offers boys and girls the fun and excitement of fast-paced football in a non-contact environment. Kids not only have a blast practicing and playing the game, but they learn valuable lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and commitment.

Be Part of an organization-wide flag football league that gives members the ultimate flag football league experience. It’s a great opportunity for your children to compete in a semi-competitive flag football league with teams from the Duneland and Portage YMCA.

Our Youth Summer Flag Football League is open to all youth ages 5-14 years old. We will offer three different age divisions: Biddy (Ages 5-7), Junior (Ages 8-10) and Senior (Ages 11-14). If you are in-between age groups and you would like to either play up or down a division or have questions, please email CJ at [email protected] and let him know!

Practice info: Are held for one hour on either Monday or Tuesday, starting at 5 p.m. at the earliest.

• First practice is week of June 1

Game info: Games will be held on Saturday mornings, and early afternoons.

• Game dates are June 13, 20, 27 – (off week of July 4th) – July 11, 18, 25.

Team placement emails will begin going out after sign-ups end. The email will be sent to the email address on file for the participant to be registered, so please make sure it is up to date.
