Youth Gymnastics
Our gymnastics program teaches kids gymnastics skills, confidence, coordination, flexibility, and strength.
Benefits include:
- Increases physical strength and muscle control, fine and gross motor skills development, coordination, and balance.
- Spatial and perceptual awareness, intro to colors, language development and self-expression knowledge of numbers and letters, and initial problem-solving.
- Developing Independence and feeling comfortable away from parents, early socialization, Sharing and taking turns, accepting new environments, and following directions, and cooperating.
We encourage the practice of core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Progressive Gymnastics (Ages 6-12)

Floor Exercises: Learn tumbling skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, improving body control and agility.

Balance Beam: Develop focus and balance through walks, jumps, and turns on the beam.

Vault: Practice proper running, springing, and landing techniques to execute a successful vault.

Bars: Build upper body strength and coordination with various swings and skills.

Tiny Tikes (18months- 2 years)
The affordable program teaches kids to have fun learning gymnastics/tumbling skills through age-appropriate activities.
Tiny Tikes: This class is designed for children ages 18 months to 2 years in age, alongside their fun-loving adult to accompany them during the class. Small and large motor development is enhanced with an emphasis on hand-eye coordination, balance, and basic tumbling skills.
Cost: $20 YMCA Members $40 Non-Members
